DRUG CLASS AND MECHANISM : It has been established that 140 million men worldwide suffered from impotence

It is known that rifampin can reduse blood levels of sildenafil (Viagra) and probably diminish its effectiveness.
PREGNANCY : Although tests carried out in animals haven't demonstrated negative effects on the fetus, sildenafil (Viagra) hasn't been studied in pregnant women. There is no effect on sperm quantity or mobility of sperm in men.
NURSING MOTHERS : It is unknown whether sildenafil (Viagra) is excreted into breast milk.
